Coming to a concert

We perform in some of Oxford’s most beautiful buildings, from the University Church on the High Street and the Sheldonian Theatre to Christ Church Cathedral and the new Schwarzman Centre. This page explains how to find each venue, what access arrangements are in place and what to expect on the night.

Every concert page gives the start time and tells you where to book. If you have a question that is not answered here, please get in touch and we will be glad to help.

Tickets and booking

Each concert page has a Book Now button that takes you to the right box office. If you already know which concert you want, our Book Now page lists them all in one place. Please keep your confirmation email, as it shows your booking reference.

Arriving

Please allow time to find your seat before the start. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the music before being shown in, so that the performance is not disturbed.

Access needs

If you use a wheelchair, need a companion seat, or would like any other help, please email info@timeandtruth.co.uk before the concert and we will make arrangements with the venue.

Programmes

Printed programmes, with notes on the music and the performers, are usually available at the concert.

Photography and recording

Please do not take photographs or make recordings while the music is playing, and make sure your phone is on silent.

Stewarding

Our concerts are run with the help of volunteer stewards, who receive a reserved seat at the concerts they steward. If you would like to join them, see Work with us.
